• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving the order confirmation.
• Once you place an order, you will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  

2. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (India):

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at an additional cost).
  

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on orders above ₹3000.
  

International Shipping:

• We offer international shipping, but are bound with a few conditions, kindly contact us via support@thecloa.com for inquiries. 
  

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor the status of your package. This will allow you to track your order every step of the way.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an immediate unboxing video of the product 
• If your order appears lost or undelivered, please email us at Support@thecloa.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. CLO-A is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at the time of checkout. Any issues arising from incorrect address details will not be eligible for a refund.
