At CLO-A, we take great care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. Due to the fragile nature of our items, we do not have an exchange/return policy. However, we offer replacements, store credits or refunds in specific situations as outlined below.

1. Replacement/Store Credit

We offer replacements or store credits in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Product(s): If you have received the wrong product(s).
  • Damaged Product(s): If the product(s) received is/are damaged.

Requirements for Replacement/Store Credit:

  • Film an immediate unboxing of the product to acquire proof of any mishandling and/or damages.
  • Please email the video/images to us at Support@thecloa.com.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Product(s): If you have received the wrong product(s).
  • Damaged Product(s): If the product(s) received are damaged.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags/bill/brand sticker intact.

Additional Information:

  • For exchanges related to style or color preferences, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Requirements for Refund:

  • An unboxing video or clear images of the parcel must be sent to Support@thecloa.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Missing bill/ tag/brand sticker.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items returned after 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance, unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and complete a quality check, we will:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method (for prepaid orders), or
  • Provide a store credit/gift card if requested
  • Refund Timeline: Within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by emailing us at support@thecloa.com.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
